An simple Vietnamese salad dish. Ingredients are cabbage, carrots, chicken, peanuts and fish sauce.
1. Cut 1/4 cabbage and 1/2 carrots into thin strips. Mix them together.
2. Boil chicken for about 45 mins. Let it cool and shred the meat into small pieces.
3. Add the chicken on top of the cabbage and carrots.
4. Add crushed peanuts and then add fish sauce over salad.
