Shrimp and Eggs Omelette

If you want something quick to cook, try this shrimp and egg omelette recipe. I make this for my husband for lunch.

3 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce
5 large shrimp
1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil

1. Scramble three eggs together and mix in the fish sauce.
2. Cook the eggs on medium heat for about a minute.
3. Add in the shrimps and cover the lid.
4. Cook for about 3 minutes and it should be done if you want your eggs runny. This really depends on the size of the eggs and how you want your eggs cooked.
