Kale Chips

I was never a fan of kale. And I must say that I still am not. The only way that I will eat kale is if they taste like chips. My husband is really into eating healthy and working out. That is how it all started. I don’t like the taste of kale when it is juiced with different veggies and fruits. When my husband makes me juice, I would just down it. Finally, after several attempts, kale chips was born in our household. After reading up on it online, I was ready to give it a try.
Here are the ingredients and a few steps:
Olive oil
Seasoned salt (any flavoring you wish) or sea salt

1. Cut the kale into bit size.
2. Wash the kale
3. Dry them.
4. Mix olive oil and season salt together.
5. Drizzle it over the dry kale
6. Mix it so it is evenly coated
7. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
Make sure the kale is spread out and not overlapping each other. This is very important or it won’t be crispy. Enjoy!
