Sometimes I’m driving home from work and wondering what to make for dinner. Most times, it’s unplanned until I get to the market and see what’s on sale. This time, I drove to an Asian market close to home and saw some tilapia. Tilapia is fairly easy to cook. Most times, I steam it or baked it. Today, I decided to marinated it with some lemongrass and garlic salt. Baked it for about 30 minutes at 450 degrees. It turned out perfect and not dried.
Squeeze some lime on top or dip it in Vietnamese fish sauce. This is a healthy version than deep frying it at the market. Most Asian markets will clean and deep fried it for free.
