I love vegatables so I could never get bored of it. Here’s a dish I would like to share. I’ve been making blacken salmon for quite some time but I normally eat it with rice and some veggies on the side. This time I decided to turn it into a salad. I added red quinoa, roasted broccoli, baked kale chips, cucumber and pickled carrots and daikon. You can eat it with dressing but since there’s a lot of flavor from the salmon, I ate it with no dressing. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
