Grilled Chicken Salad

Coming home from a long day at work and no time to cook? Just grilled some chicken on the cast iron grill and you’re be done in no time. Salad is one of the easiest food to make. You can pretty much throw anything together. Tonight, I grilled some chicken thighs and boiled some eggs. I added tomatoes, lettuce and watercress. Squeeze on some lime with crushed pepper and you are done. You don’t even need to marinate the chicken because the grill flavor is good enough.
