Shrimp Avocado Toast

I’ve had avocado toast before but the place that made me crave it was at a restaurant close to my work. Since it’s the weekend and I’m nowhere near work, I’ve decided to make my own. The way I make it is really simple. I added some salt and freshly grind black pepper to the avocado and mix it. For the shrimp, I added some minced garlic and cooked it in a cast iron skillet.  Toast a few slices of bread. Add the avocado and shrimp and then sprinkle some red pepper flakes if you want a little kick of spice. Lastly, top it with fresh cilantro.
